I feel this may have worked better if he’d chosen the stegosaurus stand-in, due to the look of fear for his obvious encroaching death.
(He handed that dinosaur back to me like it was a diamond tiara worth a million bucks. It was rather awesome.)
Later, a friend of mine did something awesome and bought me a surprise gift at the auction-one of the big banners, as a belated birthday present/thank you for convincing her to come to the con (and to get me back for her surprise gift from me-a Jensen photo op).
Later that evening, she presented me with this-
I almost cried. It was before the meet and greet and she said as soon as she mentioned the girl with the dinosaurs his face lit up and he remembered right away.
(My friend filmed me freaking out over it. At the cocktail party she sat at a different table than me, and she showed Misha the video. She is a terrible person.)
Despite this, I let her jump in on my J2M photo on Sunday. We had a plan. I would hug Misha. She would hug Jensen. Jared would stand off to the side and look rejected. (in an adorable way)
It turned out awesome. There was, no joke, a whole-room reaction. However, the photographer, (Chris?) mistakenly gave me someone else’s digital photo! (dammit…oh, well…he was busy as all hell).
I might see what I can do tomorrow with my camera or something. I accidentally lifted Misha’s shirt up a bit when I was hugging so you can see his underwear peeking out a little. Accident. ACCIDENT.
